Returns

If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined in clause 6 of our terms & conditions, the Customer shall comply with the Buschbeck UK Ltd returns procedure as defined below. Buschbeck UK Ltd will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.

The Customer must contact Buschbeck UK Ltd by either telephone or by e-mail to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. Buschbeck UK Ltd will arrange for the relevant packages to be collected from the Customer. A collection charge will apply to returns where goods are not damaged or faulty.

In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by Buschbeck UK Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.
